It's easy! Use descriptive prompts to specify what kind of banner or promotional material you want. Be specific about colors, style, target audience, and the message you want to convey. The more detailed your description, the better results you'll get from our AI.
How long are generated banners and marketing materials stored in the app?
To keep our generation prices low, we save on data storage. This means we can't store files forever. You'll find the deletion date listed under each content card. Materials marked as 'favorite' are stored a bit longer. To ensure you don't lose access to your promotional content, please remember to download your files soon after generation.
What to do if the banner or logo generation is stuck?
Don't worry! If the banner or logo generation gets stuck, just wait a bit. Within a few hours, the generation will be cancelled, and the energy will be returned to your balance. We're always working to make this happen as rarely as possible.
How does the automatic balance refill work?
Every Monday, all users receive 40 energy units. This is enough to create several banners and marketing materials. Unfortunately, we can't make the service completely free because generating promotional content requires significant server resources, and even free generations are paid for by us.
What to do if the generated content doesn't match my brand colors or style?
AI isn't perfect yet and might not always capture your exact vision. You can help it by being more specific in your prompts about colors, fonts, style preferences, and brand guidelines. Try different descriptions until you get the result that matches your needs.
Who owns the rights to the created promotional materials?
You retain rights to the generated banners, logos, and marketing materials, as long as they don't infringe on third-party copyrights or violate laws. You get a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use. However, you're responsible for ensuring the content doesn't violate any laws or copyrights. Always check before using or sharing. Remember, all liability for content use rests with you.
What should I do if energy is not added to my balance after payment?
Sometimes, banks take a little longer to process payments, and our system doesn't immediately receive the information to update your balance. Usually, everything works quickly, and your balance is updated within a few seconds. However, there can occasionally be a delay of up to 30 minutes. If it's taking longer, don't worry! Your payment is safe. Just contact our support team, and we'll sort it out for you quickly 😊.
What's the difference between Standard and High Quality generation?
We offer two quality levels for content generation:
- Standard Quality - uses basic AI providers for faster processing
- High Quality - uses advanced AI providers that better understand your requirements and produce more accurate results
Higher quality providers better interpret user instructions and deliver more precise results according to your specifications.
How does the refund process work?
Refunds are not instant - it's a multi-step process:
- We process the refund in our system
- The request is sent to Robokassa payment provider
- Robokassa forwards it to your bank
- Your bank processes and credits the money to your account
The entire process usually takes 3-14 business days. Refunds are always processed slower than regular payments - this is a feature of the banking system. Refund receipts are generated by the bank only after the entire process is complete.
What happens if my generation fails?
Don't worry! If generation fails due to moderation errors, technical issues, or provider unavailability, the system automatically returns the spent energy to your balance. The system periodically checks for stuck tasks and processes automatic refunds. You don't need to take any additional actions.
Why was my content rejected by moderation?
AI providers have strict content moderation policies. Content may be rejected if it contains copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, etc.), violates platform policies, or contains inappropriate material. When moderation rejects content, our system automatically tries alternative providers. If all providers reject the content, energy is automatically returned to your balance.
How do I register in the app?
We've made registration super easy! On your first login, the app automatically creates a complete account for you with a generated username and password. Just change them to something you'll remember, and you'll be able to log into your account from any device.
What are the recommended image dimensions for different types of content?
Our AI can generate content in various formats. For best results, specify the intended use in your prompt (e.g., 'Instagram post', 'banner for website', 'business card design'). The AI will automatically choose appropriate dimensions for your marketing materials.
Can I use the generated materials for commercial purposes?
Yes! You can use all generated banners, logos, and marketing materials for commercial purposes. However, you're responsible for ensuring the content doesn't infringe on any copyrights or violate any laws. Always verify before using in your business.
